Lt Col Avinesh Pal Singh (MSc, MBA, DJMC, pursuing PhD) has got vast experience of 35 years in training and development of Manpower (Human Resource) in Indian Army with a 14 years of specific experience of career counseling, personality development and mentoring SSB interview aspirants with a success rate of 65% to 70%.

Dr. Shivanshuu Sinngh (M.Com(IB), Phd, Post Graduation Diploma in Counseling Psychology & Psychopathology) has got the experience of 10 years in training and development specifically in grooming the personality and communication skills. She has worked with diversified fields with all age walks. She is also dealing with the professional counseling with different age groups on various issues.
